Michael Mercury is the radio mystic from Davis, Ca. who did a bang-up job of reading Rancho Santa Fe's stars the last few years. He also provided a daily horoscope first as podcast, then as video presentation. This groundbreaking effort was suspended in April 2010 as Mercury 'retired' in order to write a book and pursue other projects.

 Happy New Year 

January  4th - Solar Eclipse  - The Planet is arriving in the Mayan tradition, that speaks to 

the end of a 14 billion evolutionary cycle, which ushers in a revolutionary consciousness. 

We begin with Jupiter and Uranus conjunct in Pisces. The last time we experienced this 

combination  was back to 1934. This is a time known for  the great repression. We won’t see 

the like of this combination until 2093. On this day, the Sun and Moon are going to have a 

square with the old symbol of time, Saturn. Culture is going to be on trial by the cheesiest 

political inertia that occurs. This is a time for revelations with agreements that you have 

made and see if the lay of the land warrants a change  with past agreements?  “To thine own 

self be true” for there is no other place to be! Which answers the question, “Or not to be?” 

 January  19th - The Full Moon - Commitment to what you want, is how you, become who 

you are? Feelings are a special expression of the thinking and of the mind.  The Cancer 

Moon is highlighting your emotions and is the time to contact your inner thoughts.  Use the 

power and flow of a vibrationally wave, which is hitting the universe now and for some time 

to come. The evolutionary process is occurring with the Universe per se. We are ripples of 

light fading into space. I recognize that now is the only point of reference to see and 

experience the wholeality  of totality as a singularity.  Let the inner shadow of your light, 

shine bright for the night sky of your thoughts.  January 25th, Saturn is stationed and goes 

retrograde, and once again we are asked the question, are you fulfilling your destiny?

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) Some of you are feeling the major revolution that is delivered 

with Pluto in Capricorn, which is visiting for the first time in 248 years. If you were born 

December 22, through December 31, then you are feeling the most significant change in your life 

and will continue until April or so until 2012. Some of you have already been experiencing the 

change, and the rest is starting to feel the shift. Remember, it's not a bad thing, it's about growth 

and change. There is nothing to be afraid of when it comes to being alive. Capricorn you can be 

one of the most amazing individuals. Understand, that you are hard on yourself. Stop 

sabotaging yourself and start to be your best friend. Let go of the past and stay in the present to 

receive the gift that is available and all you have to do is stop doing. Listen with you inner-most 

voice and don’t be afraid to listen nor to act on what you hear? The planet Mars is in Capricorn 

if you were born between Jan. 8 to 15 then you have Mars providing you the energy you want 

and need. Avoid difficult people, including yourself? It's around January 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th,   

there is a shift of energy at the beginning of this New Year with attitude, hence live life with 

appreciation and gratitude for the best results.  

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb 18) If you were born Feb. 14 to Feb. 22 then Neptune is going to throw 

up a smoke screen of illusion. It would be best to wait on any important decisions that need a 

time, when life provides you clarity and not confusion. The rest of you Aquarians may want to 

pay attention to your work environment. Change hat has taken place, can still have the 

opportunity to shift and change again. Keep in mind that you are the one who chooses to do the 

things you commit yourself to do? A good month to organize any areas of your life, that needs a 

Feng  a treatment. All choices come down to yes, and no, or you can change it to yes, and know, 

or know that one choice is in harmony with what is and the other choice is going to create 

challenges for you. However, you always, for the most part, accomplish all that you seek. If not 

then you adapt and move forward anyway. To be or to see is the same as to do what your 

essence guides you to do? Ideas are going to inspire you this month, and careful evaluations for 

what you want in a mate is different as what you do on a date? Meditation would be helpful! 

Contemplation would be good. Silence is the voice of the unknown, known!  

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) This is an amazing time to be from the waters of Pisces. If you were 

born between March 12th through March 20th, this is an exciting time for you, especially, from 

January 1st to January 15th. You can experience expansion in any part of your life. You can 

expect the unexpected as life, changes in a moment and that moment is always now and present 

waiting to be revealed as the greatest gift ever! Change is the heart beat of the universe and with 

the flow and ebb of creation itself, you are in a rare sweet spot for growth, perhaps not as you 

wish it to be, but as it needs to be! As Hamlet says, “nothing is neither good nor bad, thinking 

makes it so”. This is one of the more profound ideas that may bring you a new way of viewing 

your words and the words you choose to be utter, create the world you live! Next year in the 

beginning of 2012, you will have Neptune entering your sign for the first time in your life. This 

too shall bring you new powers of intuition and awareness. However, learn now, if you haven’t   

done so, that you are the source of the God head you represent. Live your life the way you want 

and don’t let anyone, including me tell you what you already know?  

ARIES (March 21-April 19) This coming year is a time for expansion and fortune to smile on 

your intent, but the key for t this year is to put it out there. Go for what you want and let life 

unfold to your destiny. New beginnings are marked has a distinct possibility for Venus is in 

Sagittarius and romance is highlighted for your consideration. Relationships are being 

supported with an accent from Saturn being a supportive element. Career issues are on the top 

of your agenda, and it would be wise to focus on work for the best results for this year you can 

make a positive change. This is time for paying attention to your intuition and make sure you 

listen or what a waste for you not to take advantage of this support for your greater awareness.  

You are entering in the next few years one of the more interesting seven years you will have 

experienced up until this time in your life. By meditating and use your insight with intent, you 

can accomplish all that you set  out to do. Look at the structure in your patterns and tweak here 

or there, and you see, that the smaller the adjustment the greater the change. Work is an area 

that could use some revision.  

TAURUS (April 20-May 20) Shed the clique’s and be your genuine self. Work and health is 

areas that may need your attention, if you're eating well, and paying attention to your exercise 

patterns pay off in great dividends. Romance is highlighted as Venus spends some time with 

your eighth house of sex, and money. Passion can erupt as if a thundered and lightening where 

in a discussion. O, what a difference a life can make. Opportunity for education may be pulling 

on hyoid as you consider taking a plunge into academia. Maybe not all of you, but certainly if 

you were born April 2 through the 8th, there is greater chance that you also, take a trip or at 

least plan on one. Relationships are going to be expansive and informative. Receive inspiration, 

as appreciation for the hard work that  transforms light into awareness. The subconscious has a 

way of bringing into the fore front all that has to be revealed, but first you must reveal what is 

hidden. This is not an easy task for to do so you have to let go of pride, which is the corner stone 

of your sticking to your guns in a stubborn manner. You can't grow from that point of view. 

Flexibility is the key for your success, and that is not money, but what you choose to do every 

day?  

GEMINI (May 21-June 21) Relationships, transformation, travel, career and romance are on the 

menu for you this month, as the new year starts out with a major focus on what do you want? 

How are you going to get what you want? The idea of understanding that it's not what you do, 

as its more important to do something. You may meet someone who you want to date, but is not 

available due to the fact. However, they are in a relationship already. Everything that happens 

to you is for your own good. Be patient, grasshopper, because there is more in heaven and earth 

than is dreamt in a life time. To your own awareness be true as sure as the day is here for you to 

explore. Some of you are going to get that job you have hoped for and some of you are going to 

change jobs for a better group of people to work with. Whatever happens it's always for your 

growth. Some of you are going to have a close relative pass away this year. A focus on doing is 

going to bring you happiness, which brings you health, is a good approach for this new cycle in 

life, that you find yourself in. Keep your extremes to a minimum and  attempting to control 

anything is futile, and not in your best interest.  

CANCER (June 22-July 22) This month there is a focus on your home. Saturn in Libra is visiting 

your fourth house. Therefore, the focus is on an organization of your home getting your life 

back into an order. For some of you, it has been a difficult time when it comes to marriage and 

partnerships. The whole idea of relationships is in a major overhaul, and it has taken you by 

surprise, or you saw it coming either way you have to deal with it. If you have not gone back to 

school or have thought about taking  classes, I encourage you, because you are being supported. 

The mythological lessons that are being presented to you allow you to discover your true 

identity, and you are blessed indeed. Even though sometimes you approach problems sideways 

you have a gift for providing what is necessary when it comes to what is important. Family 

relationships' people this is what life is about, but you have always known that truth.   Jupiter 

and the planet you’re on us park and jump to one another in Pisces allow your intuition and 

inspiration to bring you valuable information.  This is the beginning of you starting to pay 

attention to your career choices foreign occupation.   It is important to have a way of making a 

living where you rely on yourself.  

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)   As the year begins Saturn is moving through your third house of 

communication, and you must pay attention to the limits and the possibilities that limits 

provide.  Venus is moving into your fifth house of romance if you are in a relationship than this 

is a time for intimacy and growth for that relationship. If you’re single and available than this as 

an opportunity to meet that special someone who could really bring you a new view of the 

world.  Health and work are two areas that you must pay attention to you must have already 

the past several years experience to change with your health and your work situation. This is 

because Pluto is in your sixth house and will be there for some time. Therefore, it is imperative 

that you start to pay attention to the more important aspects of being alive your health and your 

occupation.  After many years, you are finally coming to the realization how powerful your 

ability to project can be, but it’s not always for your benefit. It is better to see the universe as it is 

then to pretend that it is something that it is not, which include yourself. You are going through 

a period of growth and adjustment concerning your ego and the importance of how to use it 

and when to let it go!  

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)  The new year brings you Saturn in your second house of money 

property and resources. It is a time to be cautious when it comes to expenditures and acquiring 

things that you possibly do not need.  Your relationship to money and property is also an area 

to examine. You may find some connections that could be revealing on how to approach your 

years to come?   Someone from the past may visit you, and it will be a pleasant re-acquaintance 

with someone you have been out of touch with. Circumstances concerning family members 

may come forward, and you may find yourself helping and supporting those who are in need. 

There is a positive expansion concerning relationships partnerships and potential marriage if 

you’re not already in a relationship and this is a great time to solidify a spiritual connection, 

which is deep within.  Letting go of judgments that are just opinions with top hats would be in 

your best interest.  This year you will find an expansion when it comes to income, but it might 

not arrive when you expect it.  However, what is important is that it arrives. There could be 

some expenses this coming year that you could not have anticipated, hence,  save your money 

now.  Diet exercise and good sleep are fundamental to a happy life. 

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23)  September of 2010 is when Saturn entered your first house in around 

30 years.  Ever since this has happened there’s been a major focus on your relationships in your 

life personal and career wise. If you love what you do this is a great opportunity for you to 

grow and solidify your situation. If you’re dissatisfied with your lot in life then you must make 

a change or your suffering will continue. The choice is simple you can either grow towards the 

light, or you can avoid the light it’s your choice, choose wisely. Communication with family 

member's brothers relatives in general are highlighted for you as the new year brings you 

challenges and opportunities. The area of work, and health are going to have an impact on your 

life and there is a major focus concerning these two areas.  The support that you’re going to get 

this year is Jupiter moving into your seventh house of marriage and partnerships. Even though 

you may be struggling in a relationship the outcome is most positive to resolve whatever issues 

you think to exist within the fact they probably cannot exist and that is a wonderful new 

awareness that brings joy and contentment to the heart. Your life is what you make it so why 

would  you live the life whom you would want instead of living a life whom you regret. 

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21)  The New Year  brings,  a lot of information from the subconscious 

to remind you to pay attention for illumination.  Take time to reevaluate the past, so you can 

decide what you would like to pursue?  Communication, is the key, whether it’s to write a book 

or to attend  school and take classes. Perhaps,  to pursue poetry, that you never wrote?  Even 

though you have been dating  over the last several years, you find yourself finding someone 

who you want to develop a long-term relationship. Often your relationships have nothing to do 

with your partner, but it has more to do with your insecurity. If you can learn to distinguish the 

difference between what you want versus how you sabotage yourself, then you have something 

of great value. To find your destiny in the future it would be wise to let go of the past and stay 

present and live as if it were your future, now, which it is. You’re being supported with 

Capricorn. Use this time, to reevaluate the order that you bring to  your life.  Some of you are 

moving this year, so be aware of any long-term commitments that you want to 

make? Transformation is an unusual home, and in some ways it fulfills you, you need to express 

the essence of what you work with.  

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)  Decision very interesting time for Sagittarius because most 

of your planets are below the surface of your chart the only major planet above the horizon is 

Saturn. This is demonstrating to you the importance of how your external world is created by 

your internal condition.  Friendships and relationships are strongly highlighted as well if family 

members are going to have an impact on what you’re going to experience this year.  The area of 

money is  of concern at this time and may well carry into several years into the future. All the 

more reason to be cautious with your expenditures and pay attention to what you truly need 

versus what you just want to buy? Moving this year is going to happen for many Sagittarius, 

and several others are going to consider changing their careers or professions. Change is a 

component for Sagittarius as relationships and in overhaul for where you have been where you 

want to go and where you are taking place for your own good. Some of you will move towards 

the ocean or near Lake but water is going to be an important factor for most Sagittarius this 

year. This has to do with the fact that Neptune will be leaving Aquarius and going into Pisces in 

the coming years and this is going to have an impact on you especially concerning your 

intuition. It will be getting more sensitive, and you must learn to listen to  acquire the benefits 

that come with such an awareness.
