From the Desk of Dr. Ango Zango: Wealthiest in Kuala Lumpur, Paris, Congress, World, etc.

The "Wealth" blog at http://www.wealthsummitevent.com/ is a strange and perplexing journey into the topic of, well, wealth, sorta'. You want lists of the wealthiest soccer clubs in the world? Try "Wealth." Want to know the minimum amount of money a Japanese citizen needs to open a bank account in Dubai? Yes, "Wealth," indeed. 

This struck a chord with that infamous pseudo-Nigerian seeker of wealth, yours -- you have received his "urgent" pleas for financial consideration, no doubt -- the fabulous Dr. Ango Zango.

 The good doctor contacted us -- for money, naturally -- but also agreed to comb through the archives of "Wealth" to bring Ah-Ha Banana Nation, from time to time, the best of the best of...well, "Wealth."

What is the wealthiest neighborhood in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia?

Like I don’t mean just rich, but like the filthiest richest residential neighborhood in Kuala Lumpur. Some have suggested Bukit Damansara and Sri Petaling. But I need the wealthiest neighborhood.

I keep hearing about Bangsar, but none of you mentioned Bangsar. Where is Bangsar on the list? Or was I misinformed.

Bukit Tunku, Country Heights..I guess.

   Million dollar houses and condominium.
   I dont think Sri Petaling is among the wealthiest residential area. So-so la.
   Oh..and Bukit Antarabangsa.. where datuks and tan sris lives.

   Bukit Tunku, the neighborhood of the minister , royalties , captain of industry. And a well connected people.
   Mont Kiara , Bangsar or Bukit Damansara are the home of the rich too. But most of it are for the rich and expatriate.

   Bukit Tunku aka Kenny Hills & Bukit Damansara aka Damansara Heights are the top most filthiest richest neighbourhood in Kuala Lumpur coz there are many hot shots & top guns living in this area.. I used to live here with my aunt’s family in Jalan Selekoh Tunku and our neighbour was Musa Hitam..

Why are the wealthiest people in Congress, Democrats?

Four out of the five wealthiest people in Congress are Democrats.

Why are democrats so wealthy?

Because they are smart. They know the key to success in America. Why are the Republicans so afraid of them and of letting hard working Americans rise above? Why do the Republicans want more Americans to fall into poverty? That is what is happening with the destruction of the middle class. Very few rise above. That’s a fact.

Difficult to be precise. Mumbai has the Ambani Bros who are the richest Indians, living in India. Kumar Mangalam Birla splits time between Mumbai and Kolkatta. Delhi has the DLF Chief Mr Singh. Bangalore boasts of Azim Premji, Vijay Mallya, G.M.Rao and others. There are other Indian cities like Ahmedabad and Hyderabad where some of the wealthiest in the land live. Since Mumbai is the headquarters for most of the corporates, you can vote for Mumbai.

    Probably Bangalore. Azim Premji, G.M. Rao, and N.R. Narayana Murthy all live in Bangalore; the city is basically India’s Silicon Valley.

What is the wealthiest residential district of Paris itself, and which is it’s poshest suburb?

Where in and around Paris would you find it’s oldest money? Which area when mentioned, imediately would make a native Parisian think of enormous wealth....I agree with the first two answers. Other wealthy arrondissements: the 7th, the 8th… as a general rule, those closes to the geographic center of the city are the wealthiest (the 16th being an obvious exception), and suburbs west and south of Paris tend to be posher than those to the north and east.

   16eme arrondissement of Paris itself. Or Neuilly, Auteuil or Passy, three contiguous suburbs. All rich and well-established.

   As said above, Auteuil, Neuilly , Passy, outside Paris and 16th arrondissement in Paris. 8th arrondissement would be more wealthy companies and offices.

   18th, 19th, 20th arrondissements: where you’ll find some very "wealthy" people. Just mentioning these districts and people have a certain connotation immediately.
